Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x11-inch baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for 4-5 minutes. Add diced onion and minced garlic and cook for 2 more minutes. Season with Worcestershire sauce, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
In a bowl, whisk together the condensed soup and milk or broth until smooth.
Spread the cooked beef mixture in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese if using. Pour the soup mixture evenly over the top.
In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix with hot water or broth and melted butter. Fluff with a fork.
Spoon the stuffing mixture evenly over the casserole.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden and the casserole is bubbly.
Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
